IT ALL STARTED WHEN…

10 years ago when Carlos Ruiz (inventor, CEO and founder of Flatev®) really wanted to make a tortilla while in Switzerland. He called his Mexican mom and she explained the ratio to water and masa (corn flour). After attempting for several hours he realized how hard this was. So, he figured there had to be a better way. Through research, the Flatev team realized the heart and soul of a tortilla for a Mexican is the same as the Naan is to an Indian or a Flatbread is to an Italian. Flatbreads are around the world in all culturals. So Flatev was born on the principals of creating one-“flat-world” connected through cultural canvases known as Flatev. It directly translates to Flatbread Evolution.

CLEAN INGREDIENTS

Flatev® dough-pods are always: Organic, non-GMO, all natural ingredients and free of artificial preservatives.

Compared against all other flatbreads, we are the lowest in carbohydrates, with zero sodium and zero sugar added.

Our current product line of dough-pods is based on a 6″ round and thin flatbread emulating a tortilla in texture and a wrap in function. The flavor varies from a traditional tortilla, flatbread or cookie. The possibilities are endless!
